✅ UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you vacate the apartment later than the established check-out time (11:00) without having notified the accommodation, the following amount will be deducted from your security deposit as a penalty, based on the time of your departure:

- Departure between 12:00 and 13:00: €405
- Departure between 13:00 and 14:00: €465
- Departure between 14:00 and 15:00: €535
- Departure between 15:00 and 16:00: €615

If you wish to increase the number of people included in your original reservation, the price for each additional person is €39 per person, per night. Unauthorized access to the property by any unregistered or unpaid guest will result in the full forfeiture of your security deposit.

✅ CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY: The cost of post-departure cleaning is included in your reservation. If you require additional cleaning or a change of towels during your stay, please contact us; this service incurs an additional fee equivalent to the standard cleaning rate established for your reservation.

✅ PETS: Pets are permitted upon prior notice, subject to a surcharge of €25 per pet, per night. The entry of any unregistered or unpaid-for petthe property will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
